Your honesty is encouraged and expected. Your overseer cannot help if they do not know your frustrations/expectations.

How do you feel your relationship with your overseer is?

Do you feel your overseer communicates well and efficiently with you?

Do you feel your overseer gives you the tools you need to operate your ministry well?

Is there anything you want to address with your overseer?

Are there any ways that your overseer can help you meet your goals?
