Day Six: Revival

Revival is an awakening of our relationship with God that motivates us to place Him first – first in our thoughts, time, activities and in the way we spend our money. Out of love, we make Him a priority in our lives. However much of the American Church has become cold to its need for revival, so distracted by the demands of ‘doing’ ministry that our ears are often tuned more to the voices of those around us than to the Spirit within us. Although our faith is in Jesus, we’ve grown complacent and cold toward the disciplines required for a church to be alive in Christ, with a heart for the gospel and a love for a lost and dying world.

Psalm 85:6-7 (NLT) - “Won’t you revive us again, so your people can rejoice with
you? Show us your unfailing love, O Lord, and grant us your salvation.”

Prayer Focus:

Ask God to remove any obstacles that would hinder the Body of Christ from experiencing genuine revival and a renewed spirit of evangelism.

Let’s pray that our hearts would be awakened in any area they might have grown cold or complacent.

Let’s believe for miracles in our personal life and corporate life let’s ask the Lord for wisdom and revelation to flood our soul.
